Guarantee
1. All BattleZone bracelets are guaranteed against breakage for the following time periods:
o Black anodized (and all other colored anodized) - 1 year
o Nickel - 1 year
o Copper - 2 years
o Stainless and Brass - 3 years
o Sterling - 2 years
Should your bracelet crack and break (due to flexing) please return it to us for replacement. There is a nominal shipping charge of $9.95.

2. Your bracelet will be engraved exactly as you indicated. If not,we will redo it free of charge. Please double check the copy you want before submitting. Multiple names, special situations, emergency requests, are things we handle with ease most of the time.
3. Standard Stock bracelets can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days if still in new condition, shipping excluded. Custom Engraved bracelets cannot be returned except for an error in engraving, in which case we will redo at no charge. Please contact us, if you find an error, at: bzone@thebattlezone.com
